What are the ticket office hours?
The ticket office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The ticket office is also open one hour prior to a performance and through intermission of most shows.
How do we reach a ‘live person’ when calling the ticket office?
After dialing our ticket office number, (920) 730-3760, choose option 5 to speak to the next available ticket agent. Please note that phones are answered during our business hours only.
What fees are incurred ordering through the ticket office?
All tickets purchased for Fox Cities Performing Arts Center events include a $3.00 per ticket facility maintenance fee. When ordering through the Center’s ticket office via phone, a $5.00 per order fee is charged. All fees charged by the ticket office are included in the quoted grand total.
What are the facility fees charged by the Center used for?
Facility fees are used to maintain and clean the Center.
What fees are incurred ordering through Ticketmaster via outlet, phone or online?
Per ticket and per order fees are incurred when ordering through Ticketmaster. Fees will vary depending on ticket price and are determined by Ticketmaster.
What is the best way to avoid additional fees when ordering tickets?
The ‘least expensive’ way to order tickets for the Center is to order in person from the ticket office.
When do shows go on sale?
Performances generally go on sale to the public six to eight weeks prior to the first scheduled performance. This information is listed on our website, as well as in most local newspapers.
From where else can we order tickets besides the ticket office?
Tickets for events at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center are available at all Ticketmaster locations, including online at ticketmaster.com, outlets or via phone. Macy’s in the Fox River Mall is an authorized Ticketmaster outlet. Phone orders through Ticketmaster may be placed locally at (920) 731-5000 in the Fox Cities or (920) 494-1414 in Green Bay. Be sure to purchase your tickets only from an authorized ticket seller.
Who do I contact if I have a group of 15 or more interested in attending a performance?
Group sales information can be obtained by calling our group sales department at (920) 730-3786 or by clicking Group Sales on our website. Discounts and priority offers may be available.
What is ‘will call’?
Will call refers to our ticket window(s) reserved one hour prior to all performances for guests who have already purchased and must pick up their tickets.
When can I pick up my tickets before the show?
Tickets may be retrieved anytime during regular business hours, or one hour prior to the performance at the ticket office’s will call window.
What is the Center’s inclement weather policy?
If a performance is able to take place despite inclement weather no refunds will be issued; however, in the unlikely event that the Center cancels a performance refunds will be promptly distributed as described below. Watch the Center’s website for cancellation updates.
What is the cancellation of show policy?
Should a performance be cancelled refunds will be promptly issued, however, the source of the refund depends on where the order was originally placed. When tickets are purchased directly from the Center the refund is typically issued by the Center within two business weeks. If the tickets were purchased from Ticketmaster online or phone, then the credit card used to place the order will be automatically refunded. Otherwise, when tickets are purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet the purchaser must return to the outlet to receive their refund. In the event that a refund hasn’t been received within three weeks of the cancellation, please contact our ticket office at (920) 730-3760 ext. 5 for further assistance.
How do I order season tickets (Arts Alive!, Broadway and Fox Valley Symphony)?

How do I renew my Broadway season tickets?
Renewal forms are issued in the spring to the Season Ticket Holder’s current address on file. Detailed renewal instructions will be included with these forms. Renewal documents will be processed in the order in which they are received, and change/upgrade requests will be honored as seating availability allows. As always, please contact the ticket office with any questions.
How do I exchange my Broadway season tickets?
Broadway season tickets may be exchanged by calling 1-800-216-SHOW (7469), or in person at the Center’s ticket office.
Can tickets be reprinted if I have misplaced or forgotten them?
Lost/stolen tickets can be reprinted one hour prior to the event. Original purchaser must present identification and there is a $1 per ticket reprinting charge.
Can we turn in our tickets for resale?
The ticket office is not permitted to resell tickets.
Does the Center offer student rush tickets and how much are they?
Rush tickets are available to students with a valid school ID one hour prior to most Fox Cities Performing Arts Center events. Student rush ticket discounts vary depending on show stipulations and policies. Please call our ticket office the day of the performance at (920) 730-3760 to confirm rush ticket availability. Student rush tickets must be paid for in cash. One ticket per student ID.
Do you have children’s or senior citizen’s prices?
Tickets are occasionally available at a lesser rate for children at certain performances. Please call the ticket office for details.
What denominations of gift certificates are available?
Gift certificates are available in any denomination greater than $10.
How do you redeem a gift certificate?
Gift certificates purchased from the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center can be redeemed in person at our ticket office or online by clicking here. The Center’s ticket office cannot redeem gift certificates purchased from Ticketmaster.

Where do we enter the building?
Guests may enter either through the main entrance on the corner of College Avenue and Division Streets, or via the valet/drop off area on Division Street itself. There is a third entrance on the corner of Walnut Street and College Avenue.
Where should we park?
There are many parking options around the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. The Washington Street ramp adjacent to the Center on Division Street is free one hour before each performance. Metered street parking around the Center is limited to two hours before 9 p.m.; meter parking is free on Sundays and holidays. The lot directly behind the Center is reserved for valet parking only. Is there accessible seating and parking available?
Accessible seating is available on each seating level, and transfer seats are available on the Orchestra Level. Tickets for these areas can be purchased through the ticket office and must be requested at the time of purchase to guarantee availability. Due to limited accessible seating, it is the policy of the Center that only one attendant may accompany the guest requiring seating in the designated, accessible area. Other members of that party may sit in an adjacent area depending on availability. All guests may be dropped off at our valet entrance on Division Street. What time should we arrive?
The lobby doors to the Center open one hour prior to all performances. Doors to the theater usually open a half hour before the performance.
Is there an entrance to drop off passengers?
Guests may be dropped off at the Division Street entrance.
How high are the balconies from the ground floor?
The first balcony, the Dress Circle, is 30 feet from the floor; the second, the Grand Tier, is 60 feet from the floor; and the third balcony, the Family Circle, is 90 feet from the floor.
How far is the farthest seat away from the stage?
The farthest seat from the stage is only 108 feet away.
What is the capacity of the Center?
Thrivent Financial Hall has a maximum capacity of 2,072 seats. The Kimberly-Clark Theater has a maximum capacity of 350.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside any part of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center.
Do you have elevators?
Two elevators are available inside the main lobby and service all floors.
Can I bring my baby into the theater?
We encourage families to enjoy performances together, but out of consideration for others, we do not allow babies in arms. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Booster seats are available for public ticketed performances at the main and west coat checks in limited quantities.
Is there food or drink available in the Center?
A variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and snacks (cookies, candies) are available for purchase with cash or credit card in the lobby areas throughout the Center before performances and during intermission. Only bottled water and beverages served in the Center’s souvenir cups are permitted inside Thrivent Financial Hall and Kimberly-Clark Theater. Show merchandise is also available for purchase in the lobby for most performances.
Are cameras, cell phones and pagers allowed in the theater?
At times, photos may be taken inside the lobby areas of the Center; however, neither cameras nor recording devices are permitted inside Thrivent Financial Hall or Kimberly-Clark Theater. Cameras may be checked at coat check. When attending a performance, please turn off all cell phones, pagers and beeping watches. Guests who are expecting emergency calls may leave seat locations with the information desk attendant. Please leave the information desk’s number, (920) 730-3710, and your seat location, including section, row and seat number with baby-sitters and others who may need to reach you. An usher will notify you in the event of an emergency.
What is the appropriate dress to wear to a performance?
When attending the Center most guests opt for casual attire such as dress pants or a skirt. Some choose to wear suits or other evening wear, or jeans, depending on the time of day and show they’re attending. Wearing layers is also recommended. The most important thing is to dress comfortably.
