ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible seating is available on each seating level. Transfer seats are available on the Orchestra Level. Tickets for these areas can be purchased through the ticket office and must be requested in advance.
The Center is equipped with a Sennheiser Infra-Red Sound Enhancement System to amplify stage dialogue and music. Lightweight headsets are available at the information booth. There is no charge however a photo I.D. must be presented at time of use.
American Sign Language interpretation is available upon request. In order to provide qualified and appropriately prepared signers, we require signing requests at least two weeks prior to the performance date. You may request this service when ordering tickets. Wheelchair accessible parking spaces are available in the Washington Street ramp. Valet parking is also available for most public ticketed events. There is a fee for valet parking. This service is free to handicap patrons. Click here for more information about directions and parking.
Restrooms are located on the Orchestra, Dress Circle and Grand Tier Levels. A family restroom with changing table is located on the Orchestra Level. All restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
Booster seats are available for public ticketed performances at the main and west coat checks in limited quantities.
Please request wheelchair seating when ordering your tickets. Guests may request to be met at the door with one of the Center’s wheelchairs. Please call (920) 730-3782 for this service.
Elevators are located on the east side of the lobby and service all seating levels. Elevators are also equipped with braille for access by persons with visual impairments.
Large print programs are produced upon request. Please request this service at least ten days in advance by calling (920) 730-3782.
The Main Entrance is equipped with automatic doors.
