1. The OZmazing Raffle begins on October 29, 2008 and ends at 6:45 p.m. CST on Saturday, February 28, 2009.

2. The potential winners will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received on or about February 28, 2009 and announced at 7:00 p.m. prior to the Wicked performance at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center on February 28, 2009. Winners do not need to be present to win. If the potential winners do not meet eligibility requirements or are not in compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations, the potential winners will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

3. The third winner drawn will receive the 2nd prize of two premium season tickets to the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center’s 2009/10 Broadway Across America – Fox Cities series (approximate value $800). Tickets are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. The second winner drawn will receive the 1st prize of $2,500 in fuel for any gas vehicle from any Renew fuel stations (approximate value $2,500). Fuel cards may not be redeemed for cash. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. The first winner drawn will receive the grand prize of a 2008 smart fortwo passion (approximate value $15,610) donated by Bergstrom Automotive and Community First Credit Union. Winner will be required to pay any title transfer costs and other applicable taxes and costs relating to the transactions, including, but not limited to, federal and state income taxes.

6. By entering, all participants hereby agree to comply with these Official Rules and Regulations, represent that he/she is eligible, consent to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. All entrants release Sponsor, Bergstrom Automotive, Community First Credit Union, Renew fuel stations, and their employees, directors, officers and agents, parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, fulfillment, publicity and promotion agencies from any and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this promotion. Entrants further agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Bergstrom Automotive, Community First Credit Union, Renew fuel stations and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors and employees from responsibility for damages, losses or injuries, including death, personal injury or property damage, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the prizes as outlined above.

8. No substitution or transfer of prizes or redemption of cash equivalent, except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, and to award the prizes as of the date indicated above.

9. Fox Cities Performing Arts Center board of directors and staff members are not eligible to win prizes; however, households of board and staff members are eligible to participate.
