VALET PARKING

Valet parking is available for most public ticketed events at the covered drive on Division Street. Please approach the valet drive from the north. There is a fee for valet parking. This service is free to persons displaying valid disabled parking license plates or identification cards.

WILL CALL

Tickets held at the Will Call window can be picked up one hour prior to curtain time. Please be prepared to present your credit card, confirmation number or photo ID.

COAT CHECK

Coat checks are available and located between the main and valet entrances and near the Walnut Street entrance. There is no charge for this service and all gratuities are used to support our volunteer recognition program.

BOOSTER SEATS

Booster seats are available for public ticketed performances at the main and west coat checks in limited quantities.

CONCESSIONS

A variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and snacks (cookies, nuts and candies) are available for purchase with cash or credit card in the lobby areas throughout the Center before performances and during intermission.  Only bottled water and beverages served in the Center’s souvenir cups are permitted inside Thrivent Financial Hall and Kimberly-Clark Theater.  Show merchandise is also available for purchase in the lobby for most performances.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located on the Orchestra, Dress Circle and Grand Tier levels. A family restroom with changing table is located on the Orchestra Level. All restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.

ELEVATORS

Elevators are located on the east side of the lobby and service all seating levels. Elevators and all doors are also equipped with braille for access by persons with visual impairments.

ATMs

There are a number of ATMs located in the downtown area. The closest ATMs are located at Anduzzi's Sports Bar, The Speakeasy Lounge or in the lobby at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel.

LOST AND FOUND

Lost items may be reclaimed at the information desk immediately following the performance. You may also call (920) 730-3782 the next business day if you have lost an item.
