Terms of Use
- Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination.
- Gift certificates ordered by phone or online are subject to a $5 service fee per order.
- Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
- Gift certificates can be used to purchase individual tickets to any public performance at the Center.
- Gift certificates are not valid towards group sales, season ticket packages or Thrivent Financial Lutherans Education Series performances. Gift shop merchandise and concessions are also excluded.
Redemption
- Gift certificates must be redeemed in person at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center ticket office and cannot be redeemed online, over the phone, or at Ticketmaster outlets.
- Any unused portion will be re-issued as a gift certificate for the remainder.
