THE FINE PRINT
- All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
- Event dates, times, prices, fees and artists are subject to change.
- A facility maintenance fee is included in the price of every ticket.
- There are additional service fees when ordering by phone, mail, online or in person at Ticketmaster retail outlets.
- There are no additional service fees when purchasing single tickets in person at the Center’s ticket office.
- All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather. No refunds will be issued. However, in the unlikely event that the Center cancels a performance refunds will be promptly distributed.
- We encourage families to enjoy performances together, but out of consideration for others, unless specified, most performances are not suitable for infants and toddlers. All persons regardless of age must have a ticket.
- If your tickets have been lost, stolen or destroyed, please call the ticket office at (920) 730-3760 to discuss your options with an agent. Additional fees may apply.
- Tickets may not be returned to the Center as a tax-deductible donation. Please consider donating them to a local charity organization.

- Shows typically go on sale 6 to 8 weeks prior to the event date. Please check our event listing for updates.
