The Fine Print

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. 
Event dates, times, prices, fees and artists are subject to change. 
A facility maintenance fee is included in the price of every ticket. 
There are additional service fees when ordering by phone, mail, online or in person at Ticketmaster retail outlets. 
There are no additional service fees when purchasing single tickets in person at the Center’s ticket office. 
All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather. No refunds will be issued. However, in the unlikely event that the Center cancels a performance refunds will be promptly distributed. 
We encourage families to enjoy performances together, but out of consideration for others, unless specified, most performances are not suitable for infants and toddlers. All persons regardless of age must have a ticket.
If your tickets have been lost, stolen or destroyed, please call the ticket office at (920) 730-3760 to discuss your options with an agent. Additional fees may apply. 
Tickets may not be returned to the Center as a tax-deductible donation. Please consider donating them to a local charity organization.

Shows typically go on sale 6 to 8 weeks prior to the event date. Please check our event listing for updates.
