How can I get tickets before they go on sale?
It's a common question at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, and one of the most enjoyable ways to beat the rush is to purchase group tickets through the Center's group sales department. It's easy, it's fun and it's a great way to share the performing arts. Groups can secure their seats at anytime for shows in the Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America - Fox Cities season, Boldt Arts Alive! or Fox Valley Symphony seasons. There is no need to wait for tickets to go on sale to the public.
What kind of people make up a group?
The sky is the limit! Groups can include tour and travel companies, corporations, senior centers, student groups, church congregations, family, neighbors or even your Facebook friends. If you know a few people, and they know a few people - you'll have a group together in no time. Many of our shows offer a group discount, so not only are you able to be among the first to purchase tickets to great performances, your group saves money too!
What do I need to know before buying group tickets?
Group size requirements vary by show and generally are between 10-20 people. Please see the individual show page for the group minimum purchase requirement. A 25% deposit is required within two weeks of placing the order to hold your seats. Final payment is due approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the performance date but may vary per the show producer. The final payment date is reflected on the group sales invoice. Payment can be made with a major credit card or a check. Prior to receiving the remaining balance, the quantity of tickets may be adjusted; however, the number can not drop below the minimum requirement for the show. Once full payment is received, all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. A signed copy of the invoice is also required for our files. Tickets are sent to the address on file.
