The Stocker/Runner position is under the general supervision of the manager of food and beverage and special events. Stockers/Runners will work to ensure excellent guest service per the standards set forth by the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. Position is part time and requires evening and weekend duties.
As an employee of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, you will provide the best in customer service while working as an ambassador for the live performing arts. In addition, you will be cultivating an active interest in the Center as the premier venue for performance art, education programming and as a gathering place for the community.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Stocking/Running: Inventories and stocks beverage locations before, during and at the end of each event.
Tears down beverage locations after each event.
Organizes and stocks food and beverage storage areas.
Assists with the cleaning and organization of all concessions areas.
Prepares condiments for use at beverage stations.
Assists at beverage stations during performances as required. Customer Service: Greets and welcomes all patrons.
Answers questions from patrons.
Communicates via radio or phone with building staff.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be 17 years of age or older.
Must be able to work flexible hours such as weekends, nights, and holidays.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong communication skills.
Demonstrate abilities to be efficient and courteous while interacting with a large number of guests.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
Skills in basic math and giving accurate exchange of coins and currency.
SALARY
This is a part time position with wages paid every 2 weeks based on a per hour rate.
